Ian Lungold was a Mayan Scholar who along with Carl Johan Calleman put these great mysteries into a language that I can understand. Calleman wrote a book that is the most informative and accessible of everything I have found on the subject called The Mayan Calendar Transformation of Consciousness.

In Gnostic studies, we have been taught that the Egyptians, Mayans and many other ancient mystic civilizations all were descendants from Lemuria and Atlantis. Food for thought.
